Job Description
t interdisciplinary treatment team. The nurse is responsible for providing direct care and care coordination for persons served primarily receiving medicated assisted treatment (MAT) but also supporting the needs of the general client population. This includes all duties related to patient care, such as medical screenings and assessments, follows up on lab work and referrals or admissions, and consults to other team members.
Major responsibilities include assisting with filling prescriber orders, administering medications (buprenorphine and Vivitrol), and monitoring vital signs. The RN/LPN would provide guidance, education, and support in persons served recovery to allow them to maintain their physical and emotional health and live safely in the community.
Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours
• Scheduling need for Tuesdays and Fridays in-person
Pay Rate:
• Licensed Practice Nurse $36.07/hourly
• Registered Nurse $43.35/hourly
