Job Description
• Support the Project Manager with day‑to‑day operations across commercial interior buildouts.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, contract documents, and project scheduling.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and project stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly.
• Help track budgets, project progress, procurement, and documentation.
• Participate in walkthroughs, problem‑solving discussions, and client/architect meetings.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and timely project records to support successful execution.

• Familiarity with construction drawings, interior buildout sequencing, and construction software.
