with allergies, asthma and immunology-related illnesses. We are looking for a full-time (four, 9-hour days) Medical Assistant for our Ft. Collins Clinic to work back office, front office and our immunotherapy injection desk; someone positive, friendly and responsible to contribute depth & knowledge to our busy practice.

Responsibilities:
• Shows competency as a Medical Office Assistant
• Shows competency in Clinic Assistant I and II Skill Modules within 120 days of employment; Clinic Assistant III Skill Modules within first year of employment
• Shows competency in basic computer skills
• Assures patient satisfaction by working as a team member with all personnel
• Front Desk & Cross-Training duties, to include:
• * Answering front desk phones
• Check in/check out of patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Processing billing and insurance information
• Showing compliance with insurance regulations
• Demonstrates flexibility, professionalism and a high-level of motivation
• Maintains open communication and a team-oriented work environment with all departments and all levels of personnel
• Takes initiative and is a self-starter
• Performs additional duties as deemed necessary
• OSHA and HIPAA Compliant
• In rotation to work one half-day Saturday per month
Prerequisites:
• Graduate of accredited Medical Assistant School or
• Licensed Medical Technician, or
• Combination of experience and education
• Current CPR Certification
• Strong, professional references required
