What You’ll Do
• Lead company-wide safety strategy, programs, and compliance
• Drive a proactive, field-first safety culture across all projects
• Support operations teams on major projects ($50M–$100M+)
• Oversee audits, training, incident investigations, and risk mitigation
• Partner with executives and field leadership to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental standards
What You Bring
• 10–15+ years of heavy civil construction safety experience
• Proven leadership at a regional or corporate level
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety systems (500 & 501 trained)
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure projects
• Ability to influence both field teams and executive leadership
