Role Overview

The Pipefitter will install, assemble, and maintain piping systems for commercial and industrial facilities. This role requires expertise in reading blueprints, fabricating piping systems, and ensuring installations meet all safety and code requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, assemble, and secure piping systems including hydronic, steam, condensate, chilled water, and process piping
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and isometric drawings
• Cut, thread, groove, and weld pipe according to specifications
• Install valves, hangers, supports, and related components
• Perform system pressure testing and assist with commissioningCollaborate with project managers, welders, and other trades onsite
• Ensure all installations meet OSHA standards and local building codes
• Troubleshoot and repair existing piping systems as needed

Qualifications & Experience
• 3+ years of commercial or industrial pipefitting experience
• Strong knowledge of hydronic, steam, and process piping systems
• Experience with threading, grooving, and welding pipe
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in active construction environments
• Reliable transportation
