Tasks:
Duties would include but are not limited to the accurate scheduling of patient appointments, collecting co-pays and deductibles, explaining patient balances, answering a multi-line telephone system, verifying, entering and updating patient chart records with necessary demographic and insurance information with speed and accuracy, flagging and faxing appropriate medical records, contacting patients via telephone and communicating appropriate information and maintaining a respectful, warm, HIPAA compliant atmosphere.
Skills and requirements:
Electronic medical record and office experience is required. The ability to multi-task and work as a team is an essential component of working at our practice. Must be organized, dependable and caring! 2+ Years of outpatient medical office experience is a requirement. Must have excellent customer service, discretion and communication skills.

Full Time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
