Job Description

journal entries, and related duties.Responsibilities:• Process and manage accounts payable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.• Perform payroll-related tasks, including calculations and timely disbursements.• Assist in monthly financial closings by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.• Maintain organized and up-to-date bookkeeping records.• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments.• Prepare reports and summaries related to accounts payable and payroll.• Support the implementation of new processes to enhance efficiency.• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.• Provide assistance with additional accounting responsibilities as needed.
