Job Summary of Food Service Associate:
Create a memorable visit for guests through a range of duties such as food prep, customer interaction, and cleanliness maintenance, all while embodying Chipotle's principles of exceptional service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Service Associate:
• Acknowledge patrons, gather food and beverage requests, and distribute menu items in a timely and precise manner.
• Assemble burritos, bowls, tacos, and similar food items in adherence to the recipes and criteria established by the company.
• Ensure compliance with all established food safety and sanitation standards to sustain a clean and safe atmosphere.
• Skillfully utilize the point-of-sale system to process customer transactions in a timely manner.
• Ensure the kitchen, prep stations, and dining areas are tidy, structured, and adequately supplied.
• Provide top-notch customer support by addressing and solving any guest complaints in a respectful and efficient manner.
Qualifications and Experience of Food Service Associate:
• Experience in dealing with customers is a plus but not an essential requirement.
• Proficiency in managing various responsibilities efficiently within a dynamic work atmosphere.
• Proficient in conveying messages while maintaining a personable and open attitude.
• Showing a desire to understand and comply with Chipotle's methods for preparing and serving food.
• Adaptable schedule, with availability during non-traditional hours such as evenings and weekends.
