Job Overview

- Identify, develop and maintain new business opportunities in the territory

- Engage with customers at the dealership and at their site to understand their business needs and guide them in selecting the best products for their applications.

- Promote our preferred brands as well as all OHara Machinery as a business partner.

- Collaborate with management on marketing and stocking strategies.

- Works exclusively with Non-Ag and Municipal customers.

- Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate with customers.

- Schedule and document weekly sales calls.

- Act as a liaison for the customer to ensure top level customer satisfaction and build trust in our team.

Requirements

- Proven history of Compact Construction Equipment sales and support.

- Self-motivated – ability to take ownership of all aspects of company goals.

- Customer focused to ensure any customer needs are taken care of.

- Must be able to drive company vehicles.

- Enthusiastic about helping grow a new brand and make it their own - the sky is the limit for the right person.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
