Job Description
. An eye on detail and organization is critical. Most all jobs are within Stockton, CA. Must have reliable transportation.
• Working knowledge of building construction and rehabilitation techniques
• Must be abler to travel to all California locations as needed
• Ability to priority projects as the arise
• Physical demand level of 50lbs or more in order to lift/carry/move during 8-hour shift
• Additional physical demands include but not limited to pushing, pulling, reach at/below/above shoulder level, standing, walking, and stooping for up to 8-hour shift
• Interior painting (walls and cabinetry)
• Assistance in moving heavy objects (large appliances)
• Doing demolition (e.g., removing porches)
• Assisting with unit rehab and turnover (e.g., cleaning out coaches/yards, cleaning out storage sheds, rehabbing yards)

Qualifications
- • Must have experience in painting, flooring install, plumbing, light electrical, drywall, and basic construction
- • The ideal candidate will have years of hands on experience, and will have learned from the ground up
- • Multitasking is a must
