• Carry out physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials to support construction activities.
• Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision, including hand tools, power tools, and small machinery.
• Follow safety protocols diligently by wearing protective gear and adhering to site safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
• Support skilled tradespeople by measuring, mixing materials, and performing routine tasks that contribute to the progress of the project.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by disposing of waste properly and storing tools securely.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed to ensure timely delivery and availability on site.
Qualifications
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions with stamina and strength.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills on the job.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures; previous safety training is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
