Job Description
We’re hiring a motivated OTR Driver Trainee who wants to build a long‑term career in trucking. You’ll train directly with experienced drivers and learn how to safely operate a 53' dry van or 53' reefer on over‑the‑road routes.
This is a great opportunity for new CDL holders who are reliable, disciplined, and ready to learn.
What You’ll Learn
• Safe operation of a Class A tractor‑trailer
• How to run OTR routes efficiently and professionally
• Pre‑trip & post‑trip inspections
• Backing, maneuvering, and real‑world driving skills
• On‑time pickup & delivery procedures
• Communication with dispatch and customers
• DOT compliance and safety standards
