Responsibilities
• Diagnose hardware and software issues on PCs and laptops
• Perform SSD upgrades, RAM upgrades, and system tune-ups
• Remove viruses and malware
• Perform data transfers and cloning
• Install and configure operating systems and drivers
• Document work in our ticketing system
• Assist with general shop operations
Preferred Skills
• Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs
• Familiarity with hardware upgrades (SSD, RAM, etc.)
• Malware removal and system optimization
• Basic networking knowledge is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication with customers and team members
