Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate home health care to a low caseload of patients in Frederick, MD. The successful candidate will deliver personalized nursing care, manage medications, and collaborate moderately with interdisciplinary teams to support patient health and well-being. This full-time role offers a rotating shift schedule, primarily covering mornings and afternoons on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - Monday, Wednesday, Friday (8am–10am & 3pm–6pm) .

Responsibilities
• Deliver patient care in a home health setting
• Administer medications accurately and safely
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Maintain clinical documentation and health records
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Perform comprehensive health assessments
• Keep detailed and precise patient records
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• Nursing diploma from an accredited program
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
