Job Description
or a highly motivated individual to join our team in customer service and software support. Duties will include, but are not limited to: phone, email, and remote communications assisting customers with our MultiLedger Accounting software, CheckMark Payroll software as well as our 1099 & 1095 software for Windows and Mac computers. We are looking for someone who can learn all of our software as well as our CRM System and be able to test when feature changes and additions are made to the programs in addition to supporting our customers.
The ideal candidate must have excellent written and phone communication, and good computer skills. We're looking for a person with self-motivation and the ability and willingness to learn new tasks. We need an individual who can multi-task and is able to build a good rapport with customers. Must work well with other team members and take direction from supervisor. Knowledge of accounting and/or payroll is preferred.
Salary for this position is competitive along with a generous benefits program including medical insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, paid holidays and vacation time. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
