Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed MSW Therapist to provide individual therapy services within a facility setting in Westchester County. This is a full-time position offering consistent scheduling and strong administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 30-minute individual therapy sessions
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff within the facility
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with NYS guidelines

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Active NYS license (LMSW required; LCSW preferred)
• Experience in facility-based or mental health settings preferred
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a consistent caseload
• Fluency in Spanish
