rior Design Assitant who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.

Role Overview

This role combines creative design work with hands-on project management. You’ll collaborate closely with owner and our design team to develop concepts, manage client communications, oversee projects, and ensure seamless project delivery.

You’ll be both a creative problem-solver and an organized project lead who loves seeing ideas come to life.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development of design projects from initial concept through final installation.
• Support the creation of design presentations, including floor plans, elevations, and FF&E selections.
• Help track project schedules, budgets, and coordinate with vendors.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and trades to support timely project execution.
• Assist with calendar management, installations, and onsite visits across multiple active projects.
• Source materials, furnishings, and finishes in alignment with the overall design vision.
• Participate in team design reviews and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions

Qualifications
• 1-2 years of interior design experience, preferably in residential.
• Degree in Interior Design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop), and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of design documentation, purchasing, and project logistics.
• Exceptional communication and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
