As a key driver in our construction team, you will utilize your expertise in project management, construction estimating, and site supervision to deliver successful outcomes that meet client expectations and organizational goals.

Duties
• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project workflows
• Develop detailed project schedules using Panterra or similar project management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation and compliance with design specifications
• Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and B2W software for cost analysis and budgeting
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained
• Utilize tools such as B2W, Panterra, Bluebeam, and construction management software for documentation, reporting, and communication
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Develop Bids in coordination with estimators and create Change Orders on projects as needed
• Facilitate effective project coordination through clear communication of schedules, deliverables, and expectations

Requirements
• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling and site supervision
• Proficiency in B2W, Bluebeam or similar construction management software tools
• Demonstrated ability in construction estimating and contract management processes
• Excellent blueprint reading skills along with a solid understanding of schematics and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols and quality assurance practices
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience working as a general contractor is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills for coordinating teams and managing client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related field preferred; relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus
