Labatt Food Service Driver Program
If you have the desire to drive on open roads, stay active, and run local routes that will have you home with your family every night, then this may be the right job for you.
As a Driver Helper, your goal is to be a local Route Driver. The program requires one year as a Driver Helper, assisting with the delivery of up to 1,400 cases by hand daily. We will help you prepare for your Class A CDL. Once your Class A CDL is obtained, you will be promoted to Student Driver where you will learn how to drive our state-of-the-art trucks for up to 6 months. After advancing to Route Driver, build a career at Labatt as we promote from within. The schedule is Monday – Friday, with dispatch times between 2:00 am and 5:00 am. Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or U.S. permanent residents. English is required
Labatt wants its Commissioned drivers to have the safest fleet of trucks available. Trucks are equipped with the latest suite of radar and safety technology on the market, such as: adaptive braking and collision mitigation, lane departure warnings, and tire pressure monitoring on all tires. All our trucks are new and with automatic transmissions that will help with a smooth ride every day.
