Requirements:
• Maintain patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and insurance information.
• Insurance verification
• Present and explain treatment plans to the patients.
• Collect payments and process insurance claims.
• Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and confirm appointments with patients.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
• Previous experience working in a dental office
• Familiarity with managed care plans and insurance billing processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Monday-Friday, no weekends

- • The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail
