Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily site cleanup and organization to support a safe work environment.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and tools.
• Help skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as directed.
• Operate basic hand tools and assist with light construction tasks.
• Maintain equipment and report any damage or malfunctions.
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards immediately.
• Work efficiently to support jobsite progress and meet project timelines.
• Take direction from foremen, superintendents, and crew leaders with a positive attitude.

Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of general labor or construction experience preferred (but not required).
• No formal education required.
• Strong work ethic and reliabilityshows up on time and ready to work.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on varied tasks.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in outdoor conditions.
• Respectful, safety-conscious, and motivated to contribute to team success.
