• Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively with team members
• Basic understanding of construction safety standards and procedures (preferred but not required)
• Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is a plus but not mandatory
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is advantageous for job site access

Responsibilities
- • Team members will work on-site installing synthetic turf fields, sports courts, and other athletic facility surfaces
