Position: Site Technician

We are seeking a hardworking and self-motivated Site Technician to join our general construction team. You will play a key role in all phases of new home construction, helping us uphold our reputation for excellence in the West Pointe and Circle H communities.

Location:
Our office is conveniently located on Macarthur Drive, just off Butler Creek Road, with easy access to the airport and a short commute from Missoula and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Technician Duties:
• Perform a wide variety of tasks across all phases of single-family home construction.
• Operate heavy equipment, including skid steers and telehandlers, as well as pull trailers and transport materials.
• Maintain site cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist the Site Foreman with daily tasks to keep projects on track.

General Responsibilities:
• Support wherever needed to ensure project success.
• Complete special assignments from the Foreman and/or Project Manager.
• Uphold safety and risk management practices according to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform work in compliance with local building codes and permitting requirements.
• Manage work orders using BuilderTrend and assist with minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and progress.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners during post-construction service work.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean, safe, and operational condition.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and provide oversight as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and preparation of units for listing, as well as general site upkeep.

• Reliable Transportation: Required for daily tasks.
• Equipment Handling Skills: Ability to haul/tow equipment, trailers, and materials using company vehicles.
• Clean Driving Record: Must meet the requirements to be added to the company’s vehicle insurance policy.
• Team-Oriented Attitude: Willingness to learn, take direction, and support the team to keep projects on schedule.
