Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Coordinator position include:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project coordination, administration, or management; support Project Managers in renovation and facility maintenance projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; assist with preconstruction coordination and resource planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) and construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Planswift; maintain project documentation and tracking systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and maintain accurate logs
• Ability to source and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers; support vendor communication and scheduling
• Experience processing subcontractor invoices and preparing monthly client billing; assist with financial tracking and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; prepare meeting notes, reports, and photo documentation
• Team-oriented mindset with strong follow-through; support field staff, coordinate inspections, track punch lists, and manage closeout documentation

Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
