oviding customers with quotes on repairs/replacements based on paperwork submitted by field technicians.

· Log and track status of all proposals submitted for approval ensuring the customer received.

· Make outbound calls to vendors/respond to inbound calls from customers.

· Order and track parts.

· Coordinate with dispatch for scheduling.

· Support sales team as needed.

· Build customer and vendor relationships.

· General support, including issuing PO’s, ordering parts and tracking them.

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Professional demeanor and appearance.

· Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

· $18.00 per hour starting pay with room for growth.

· Full time position. (40 hours wk. M-F)

· Other benefits can be discussed during interview.
