Job Description
otivated and hardworking individuals to join our field labor team. Field Laborers play a key role in supporting daily construction activities, assisting crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
Responsibilities
• Perform general construction labor tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and clean-up.
• Assist equipment operators, pipe layers, carpenters, and concrete finishers as needed.
• Load, unload, and distribute building materials to appropriate locations on-site.
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times.
• Operate basic hand tools and small equipment under supervision.
• Support the crew in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.
Position Requirements
Qualifications
• Prior construction or field labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in outdoor and sometimes physically demanding environments.
