• Paid, structured training provided
• Seven (7) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training
• Certification issued after successful completion of the training program
• Training begins at the end of April 2026
• Interviews will be conducted remotely
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for active construction job sites
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and documentation management
• Coordinate communication between field crews, supervisors, and office staff
• Maintain job site records, compliance documents, and daily logs
• Support safety documentation and procedural compliance
• Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and general site organization
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of one (1) year of construction job sit experience
• Personal computer with reliable internet access for virtual training
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Willingness to submit to a background check
• Willingness to submit to a drug test
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to attend and complete all required training sessions
