Privately owned security company that has been in business for nearly 25 years. We offer a comprehensive range of security services throughout the entire county. Our company is well-established and has a superb reputation among our customers, local law enforcement, and the community.
We take pride in hiring well-trained agents who prioritize our clients’ safety and security above all else.
Key Requirements:
• Current/Valid BSIS Guard Card.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Bilingual is also a plus, but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus, but not required.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A few key responsibilities:
• Maintain the route using technology
• Identify possible threats to safety and security on the client’s property and resolve them appropriately
• Be able to field questions/calls/concerns from clients
• Shift priorities quickly based on business needs
• Respond promptly to dispatched calls
• Safely operate a motor vehicle while responding to calls
• Coordinate with local law enforcement as required
