Job Description
xperience in the concrete and/or construction industry is preferred, but not required.
Dispatch / Customer Service Required Skills and Abilities:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of ready-mix concrete and concrete block; preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills; including Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn
• Availability: Monday - Saturday
• Bilingual (Spanish); preferred
Dispatch / Customer Service Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in placing orders
• Efficiently respond to customers’ calls and emails
• Suggest products to meet customers’ needs
• Process customers’ payments
• Communicate and resolve, in a satisfactory and timely manner, any customer concerns or issues as they occur,
• Liaise between Sales, Plant Managers, and Customers to ensure customer satisfaction
