As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure top-notch service, motivate your team, and keep operations running smoothly. Key Skills/Responsibilities
• Service Superheroes: Ensure every meal meets high standards of taste and presentation by monitoring food quality throughout service. Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for memorable experiences.
• Team Titans: Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff. Lead by example and share insights at team meetings, helping everyone stay informed and motivated.
• Operations Olympians: Manage daily operations by overseeing costs, handling cash transactions accurately, preparing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory. Utilize technology to streamline processes and keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
• Growth Gurus: Develop creative promotional campaigns and ideas to attract more guests and boost sales. Support training and performance initiatives to help team members grow and contribute to overall business success.

Education & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality is a plus.
• At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
• Demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities.
• Competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic.
