Key Responsibilities
• Act as a strategic thought partner to enhance the overall employee experience
• Provide guidance and leadership on performance management processes
• Build, refine, and manage scalable HR systems and processes
• Navigate complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion
• Mentor and coach managers to strengthen leadership capabilities
• Elevate onboarding and new hire integration programs
• Support and help administer company benefits and wellness initiatives
• Ensure compliance with California labor laws while aligning HR strategies with business goals
Qualifications
• 10–15 years of Human Resources experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience within a creative or fashion-driven environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of California employment law
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification highly desirable
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
