The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organized, people-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This is a true entry-level opportunity designed for someone eager to break into HR and build a strong foundation in people operations.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR Manager and gain hands-on experience across onboarding, employee support, and HR systems. If you’re curious, detail-driven, and excited to support a mission-driven company in the education space, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
• Manage HR inbox and phone inquiries, serving as a helpful first point of contact for employees
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire packets, setting up employee records in HRIS, coordinating orientation sessions, collecting I-9s and required documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files with a high level of confidentiality
• Assist with planning company events and outings
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team and contribute to special projects as needed

Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3-6 months of office/administrative experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
• Experience in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace
• Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Eager to learn
