Job Description
• Handling framing, trim, installs, and whatever the job calls for.
• Coordinating with subs and keeping things on track.
• Keeping the jobsite clean and dialed.
• Using our logistics system to prep for the next day (big one for us)
• Solving problems before they become issues.
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years experience in residential construction.
• You’ve run jobs before (or are ready to step into it).
• You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder all day.
• You show up, communicate, and get things done.
• Strong attention to detail — we care about clean work.
• Can handle tools, materials, and a crew without chaos.

Pay: $22.50 - $36.00 per hour
