organization and tasks management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient
records.
• Collaborate with team members and medical professionals.
• Handle sensitive patient information with
confidentiality and professionalism.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Current BLS Certificate
• Minimum of 2 years of front and back-office
experience in a medical setting.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in
speaking on the phone.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Excel for
scheduling and organization.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to
detail.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and patient
interactions.
• Additional medical documentation may be required for
submission.
