• Requisition and manage materials needed for production
• Hand pack and stack bagged products as required

• Weigh and top off bags when necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with GMP and safety guidelines
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and attendance expectations
Qualifications & Experience
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience operating and troubleshooting machinery or equipment
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods (12–14 hours per shift)
• Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions ranging from -30°F to 176°F (as applicable)
Additional Requirements
• Availability to work 12–14 hour shifts, 3–4 days per week
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Must participate in an in-person interview process
• This is a temp-to-perm opportunity
• Candidates with primarily warehouse-only experience will not be considered

Benefits
- • Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00/hour
Responsibilities
- • Schedule: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 3–4 days per week
- • The Machine Operator I is responsible for operating packaging equipment and supporting production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety
