Job Description

 interpret construction drawings and blueprints and efficiently operate manlifts, forklifts, and small power tools such as grinders, core drills, and concrete hammer drills.
Responsibilities
• Install and fit-up miscellaneous steel, egress components, and structural components.
• Weld and clean-up steel handrails, guardrails, stairs, and custom components.
• Read and understand construction drawings and blueprints.
• Operate manlifts, forklifts, and small power tools safely.
• Assist in applying caulking to expansion joints and concrete seams.
• Mix and apply flowable grout to precast joints and steel column bases.
• Operate boom lifts and scissor lifts for loading and unloading materials.
Essential Skills
• 2 years of experience in structural MIG welding or precast concrete construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Willingness to travel 2-5 days each week.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiency in construction, welding, concrete, rebar, and stick welding.
• General labor and power tool operation skills.

Work Environment

Work within a collaborative team environment, traveling to job sites in the four-state area (Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota) from Monday to Friday.
