Job Description

ters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Prepare and clean construction sites
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding (as trained)
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Remove debris and hazardous materials from worksites
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Previous construction experience is an asset
• Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
