What You'll Be Doing
Day-to-day work varies by project and includes demo, framing, finish work, deck builds, material handling, site cleanup, and general labor across residential construction sites.
What We're Looking For
• Reliable, hardworking, and shows up on time
• Comfortable working outdoors and on job sites in varying conditions
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
• Basic hand and power tool experience preferred
• Valid driver's license a plus
• Construction experience a plus, but not required — we're willing to train the right person

• $17–$30/hour depending on experience and skill level
