• Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
• Operate basic tools and machinery such as hammers, drills, saws, and forklifts following safety protocols
• Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to perform tasks like mixing concrete, installing fixtures, or laying bricks
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes by inspecting work areas regularly
• Support team members in lifting, carrying, and positioning materials to maintain workflow momentum
• Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors for prompt resolution
Skills
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor for extended periods
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while working independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors
• Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment operation, and safety procedures is preferred
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
• Valid driver’s license is a plus for transporting materials or equipment between sites
