As a night shift Field Technician, you will be responsible for the in-the-field sampling and testing of concrete, soils, and other construction materials. Night time technicians will be required to complete and submit written reports following each shift. A company vehicle will be provided specifically for travel to and from scheduled job sites. Technicians will require sufficient ability to find project locations by address and/or direction.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform observations and testing.
• Write detailed reports summarizing test results and observations.
• Inform field representatives of observation and test results.
• Communicate with managers, show commitment as a team player, and organize work and manage time effectively.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 18 years old for entry onto job sites
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs repeatedly
• Ability to read and write, ability to use a computer
• Needs to be able to work night shift
Preferred, Not Required
• Prior experience as a field/engineering technician - preferred, but not required
• Willingness to obtain ATTI Certification and American Concrete Institute (ACI) Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I
