Responsibilities
- Implement individualized programs for children and young adults based on ABA principles that increase communication, self-help, social and play skills
- Utilize positive reinforcement and antecedent modification to increase appropriate behaviors overtime.
- Manage inappropriate behaviors that occur through the implementation of Behavior
- Intervention Plans (BIPs) and consultation with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs)
- Facilitate interactions with peers, coworkers, and families
- Keep the children motivated to learn through preference assessments
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Qualifications:
- Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish (Preferred - but not required)
- Medicaid Number (Preferred - but not required to start)
- Be an effective oral and written communicator.
- Computer Skills: Strong internet and technology skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Have proficient time management
- Must be able to work well with age ranges from 2 years old to teens
- Medicaid provider number preferred but not required to apply
- Eligible to complete and be cleared through a FDLE background screening

Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws.
Commitment to ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, and technology, and training in order to perform job responsibilities to required standard.
Experience
- Experience: 1 year or more working with children
- BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (newly passed BCBA s welcome!)'
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $76.20 per hour
