The role serves as a Financial Wellness Advocate by providing exemplary service to American Airlines Credit Union members and employees via an ACD line.What you ll doAnswer Financial Wellness department ACD callsGenerate outbound calls to:
leads identified through Synapsys, members who have completed a program agreement, and to members requesting a call back through surveysSchedule appointmentsConduct basic Credit Report and Budgeting interviews with membersCreate and updates documents, files and reportsPrepare for Financial Wellness eventsDistribute incoming mail to appropriate team member or departmentProvide back-up support for Member Advocacy Center ACD callsOpen new accounts, sell and process Credit Union services for new and existing membersProcess various monetary transactions and loan payments and maintain account informationProvide information about products and services such as ATMs, Loans, Credit Insurance, Checking and Savings accounts, On-Line banking, Visa Check Card and Call-24Ensure awareness of all branch functions and duties to provide proper support and coverage at all timesPerform other duties as assignedThe selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.All you ll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience High school diploma or GEDPreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperiencePrevious banking or Credit Union experiencePrevious customer service experienceSkills, Licenses & CertificationsSkilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the softwareAbility to exercise excellent member service skillsAbility to interact professionally with all employees and membersAbility to perform in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a teamAbility to speak, read, and write Spanish is a plusAbility to work independently and with minimal supervisionAbility to perform basic math calculations and analyze dataAbility to self-motivate with strong organization skills and capacity for attention to detailAbility to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlinesAbility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekendsAbility to sit for extended periods of timeAbility to maintain satisfactory performance and attendanceAbility to pass applicable American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checksWhat you ll getFeel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer:
