Job Summary:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help visitors to the Café to navigate digital and financial tools with ease, by sharing your vast knowledge in this area and making it a positive experience.
• Unite with local enterprises, charities, and non-profit associations to coordinate events that can take place indoors or outdoors of the Café's vicinity.
• Utilize your knowledge of Capital One's financial products to answer customer inquiries and recommend services that fit their unique financial situations.
• Your banking needs can be met at any time, and from any location with our intuitive digital banking options.
• Join a team of dedicated Cafe Ambassadors to collaborate and work towards your common goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• There are many options available to those who did not earn a high school diploma, including adult education programs, vocational training, online degree programs, and GED preparation courses.
• One year of experience in Retail, Sales, or Customer Service is a must-have for this position.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree.
• Possesses a pleasant and personable demeanor alongside impressive communication abilities.
• Demonstrating extensive digital literacy and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
