Ducati Service Writer/Advisor

Duties
• Greet customers promptly upon arrival and assess their vehicle service needs.
• Document customer concerns and relay information accurately to service technicians.
• Provide detailed explanations of services required, including vehicle maintenance and repair options.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist in recommending appropriate services.
• Manage service appointments efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up with customers.
• Upsell additional services based on vehicle condition and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with mechanics and service technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to service or repairs.

Pay: $49,019.00 - $85,000.00 per year
