Civil Engineering Role for Experienced Professionals

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Transportation Engineer to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. As a Transportation Engineer at KEITH, you'll contribute to the development of detailed roadway designs and project plans, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to create technically complex design plans and reports. You'll research and provide cost estimates for projects, ensuring designs comply with government regulations and ordinances. Your responsibilities will also include proposing innovative solutions to engineering challenges, applying standard engineering techniques and procedures, and performing basic design tasks and coordinating with technicians or administrative staff. To succeed in this role, you'll need an EIT license in Florida (preferred), a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, proficiency in MicroStation and/or OpenRoads Designer (ORD), and hands-on experience with FDOT design projects and roadway plans production. We're looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented team player with excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to work with clients and colleagues at all levels.
