About Us
Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers.
Executive Director, HEOR/RWE
This role will lead the strategy and execution of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) plans and activities related to all Revolution Medicines assets intended for use in the Gastrointestinal (GI) space.
The successful candidate will work closely with Medical Affairs teams as well as other departments to optimize the Integrated Evidence Plan and deliver evidence supporting the use of Revmed products.
We are seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in health economics, outcomes research, patient-reported outcomes or related fields in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Deliver high-quality HEOR/RWE tactics in alignment with agreed-upon timing.
• Lead the cross-functional HEOR/RWE team aligned with GI targets.
• Work with leadership to ensure critical value insights are communicated to key internal teams.
• Engage and collaborate with external partners including payers, healthcare providers, thought leaders, and decision-makers to establish/maintain strong partnerships and gather insights into research programs.
• Facilitate and implement real-world research partnership engagements with leading healthcare, academic, and payer organizations to co-create value evidence and drive evidence-based optimal care.
• Identify and interface with HEOR & RWE experts and organizations, profile data sources, and related organizations as they relate to Revolution Medicines' portfolio and therapeutic areas.
• Closely monitor new trends in health policy and payer environment, assess competitive data gaps, and communicate to the organization to help Revolution Medicines build industry-leading capabilities and be on the cutting edge of Evidence-Based Medicine issues and HEOR data.
Requirements
• Deep expertise in health economics, outcomes research, patient-reported outcomes or related fields in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree in a relevant field (DrPH, PharmD).
• Knowledge and experience in managed care, integrated delivery networks, formulary decision-making, and payment/access models.
• Advanced medical/scientific doctoral level degree (PhD or MD).
