Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to lead and execute ABM strategies in the West Coast, U.S. This position involves driving sales-qualified lead growth through tailored ABM campaigns and close collaboration with regional sales teams. The role is heavily execution-focused and ideal for someone with hands-on ABM experience and a sales-driven mindset who thrives in an early-stage business environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Account-Based Marketing Execution :

  • Develop and execute multi-channel ABM strategies (1-to-1 and 1-to-a-few) targeting high-value accounts across all stages of the buying journey.
  • Work with the sales team to prioritize target accounts and design customized engagement strategies that drive sales-qualified leads.
  • Create personalized content, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for accounts based on their unique needs and industry context.
  • Collaborate with the Australian team to tailor ABM strategies for each region, driving consistent lead generation and growth.
  • Track and analyze ABM performance using account engagement metrics and tools, optimizing campaigns for success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, media outlets, and thought leaders to expand brand presence.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and manage co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners.

Lead Generation & Campaign Management :

  • Drive market expansion in the U.S. and Canada, enhancing customer acquisition and brand positioning.
  • Design and implement creative, region-specific ABM campaigns tailored to North American prospects.
  • Collaborate with the in-house Digital Marketing team to develop digital marketing campaigns and localized web content.
  • Write compelling, targeted content that resonates with various personas and customer segments.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies and lead quality.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to revenue leadership on campaign performance and insights.
  • Champion the company’s presence in North America, sharing regional insights and supporting customer acquisition efforts.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Reporting :

  • Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives and initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, providing feedback and ensuring alignment on project timelines and requirements.
  • Present marketing strategies and plans to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution of campaigns.
  • Requirements :

  • 5 years of B2B software marketing and consulting experience, with at least 3 years focused on the North American market.
  • 5 years of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience, particularly within SaaS or B2B software industries.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience creating and executing ABM campaigns to drive lead generation and sales-qualified leads.
  • Strong understanding of B2B software marketing, SaaS, and customer acquisition, in the professional services space (e.g., engineering, consulting, software).
  • Exceptional content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and narratives for different audience segments.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Capable of tracking and optimizing ABM campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Proven project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, results-driven individual with a sales-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage business environment.
  • Experience in event management and a deep understanding of industry trends and channels.
  • Must (currently) live in the West Coast, United States.
