QC Inspector

Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position involves using various precision measuring instruments and inspection systems to analyze products throughout the manufacturing process.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Pulling random samples for raw materials/finished goods inspection.
• Inspecting raw materials/finished goods products to ensure parts are in compliance with quality standards.
• Visual inspection
• Geometric/dimensional inspection
• Functional inspection
• Reporting non-conformities and results in a database.
• Conducting capability study.
• Destroying scrapped parts.

Qualifications
• Must be able to read measurement from a caliper and can learn how to use other measuring devices.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must have good math skills and be able to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and convert fractions.
• Good computer skills: Excel / Word / Access / Outlook.

Typical Physical Demands:
• Requires standing for the majority of an entire work shift.
• May require sitting, bending, or reaching.
• Requires lifting to 100 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

• Quality control: 2 years (Required)
