Provide support and guidance to athletes in achieving their athletic goals.
Help maintain a positive and motivating team culture by fostering a sense of teamwork and camaraderie.
Collaborate with the Head Coach and other coaches to develop new strategies and techniques for improving athletic performance.
Monitor and track athlete progress and provide feedback to the Head Coach.
Assist with scheduling and organizing team practices, competitions, and events.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Nike's brand, products, and mission in order to effectively represent the company to athletes.
Act as a mentor and role model for athletes, demonstrating professionalism and sportsmanship.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to continuously improve coaching methods.
Assist with recruiting and selecting new athletes for the team.
Communicate effectively with athletes, coaches, and other staff members to ensure smooth operation of team activities.
Adhere to and enforce all Nike policies and procedures to maintain a safe and positive work environment.
Continuously evaluate and make improvements to coaching methods and strategies.
Act as a liaison between the team and Nike management, providing updates and progress reports as needed.
Represent Nike at events and conferences to promote the brand and recruit new athletes.
