Apprentice Electric Lineman

As a Apprentice Electric Lineman with Heartland Staffing Solutions, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the field of electrical linework. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical lines and systems, as well as collaborating with team members to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
• *Key Responsibilities**
• Install and maintain electrical lines and associated equipment.
• Operate bucket trucks, loaders, and backhoes to facilitate work on electrical infrastructure.
• Use voltmeters and other tools to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Climb poles or structures as necessary to perform installations or repairs.
• *Requirements**
• Ability to operate rigging equipment safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with cabling techniques for electrical installations.
• Competence in operating bucket trucks, loaders, and backhoes.
• Strong climbing skills for accessing elevated work areas.
• Knowledge of high voltage systems and safety measures associated with them.
• *Work Environment**

This position requires working on construction sites and outdoor environments. The ability to relocate to Nebraska before starting work is required.
